Business Management Experience simulation
team-based simulation for fast-track commercial awareness

“The BME has been successfully embedded in the Financial Leadership Development Programme for the past 5 years. The simulation has proved effective developing participants in the programme using a realistic business environment and helps develop the core competencies we are looking for.”

This popular team-based business simulation is typically included as part of corporate clients’ early career development or on-boarding programmes.
It offers participants the challenge to make all of the commercial and operational business decisions that impact on the performance of a business.
The Business Management Experience simulation programme has an embedded Business Management Experience simulation, which is designed to enhance and develop business acumen demonstrated when participants become the board of directors of a manufacturing company.
Team decisions run through the simulation business model and teams see the results of their decisions in terms of a business management report, balance sheet and trading statement.
The challenge is:
Which team can run their company most profitability and have the highest stakeholder index?
The simulation can be run competitively for maximum engagement and learning.
